How to prepare

Arrive with clean, product-free skin—no sunscreen, makeup, oils, or heavy moisturisers—to maximise light absorption. Hydrate well with a large glass of water 30–60 minutes beforehand. Wear minimal, comfortable clothing (shorts + singlet/sports bra), remove jewellery, and tie hair back to expose skin. Please arrive 5 minutes early; we’ll provide eye protection and guide you through your 20-minute session.
